My best friend is in his 40s and has never ridden a horse but wants to. I'd love to surprise him for Christmas but have no idea where to look here locally. Any recommendations?

Jennifer Micek @ 4M Horse Training in Jack Rabbit Lane north of Fm 2549 in Robertson County.
Also a little further but Brazos Bluffs Ranch on the north side of Waco does a 2 hour trail ride. My wife
has done it and is taking some of the grand kids again in a couple of weeks.
