Not needing an entire roof job, but just some help with probably sealing around one or two of the vent pipes up there. Who do you recommend that is honest and reasonable and I wont be walking crooked after they leave?

Why do you think the vents pipe need to be sealed

Those vent pipes flashings are either lead or neoprene if it's a plumbing stack vent. Either way, if they are leaking, they need to be replaced not just sealed up. Squirrels eat lead and neoprene dry rots eventually. Have a legit roofer go look and figure out what it is because $150 won't cover replacing one, much less 2+ that roofs usually have. If you tell most roofing companies that you don't know what the issue is, prepare to bend over. The best defense against that is knowing kind of what you need or truly having someone you know isn't going to hose you.

What's the reason for suspecting an issue? Do you have an active leak?

Same. Recently had Bob replace my roof, and it was a very positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Santini.
