Zietmann deli makes a great pepperoni pizza.

Tried Trackside this week. Solid traditional pizza but 20 minute drive each way from my house and charging $2.25 per topping seems a bit high. I mean $2.25 for onion?

Won't replace Rx for me, the search goes on!

Voodoo Brewing Co. in Northgate, they have some really good pizza. This is their sweet heat: https://imgur.com/a/l8Q46ld

Tried two different beers of theirs on tap, both were great, the cocktails are nice as well.

Try the stuffed rolls. That's the best thing there.

Something like a Brothers Pizza would do well in College Station. Cheap good nyc style Pizza, basic Italian dishes with low overhead.

When KinderHill Brewing reopens they will (allegedly) be serving Detroit style pizza.

I tried Crust (Texas/GB) over the weekend - didn't think it was anything special. I did carry out, so I would be willing to try it again as dine in - but for a non-"fast food" type pizza, I at least prefer RX to Crust.

Friend tried Champions and recommended it as almost authentic NY style pizza. They sell slices so maybe the Kate lamented Antionio's finally has a successor

Ordered a Trackside pizza tonight, not bad. I've preferred SoFlo (HEB), but Trackside was comparable. Trackside's crust is slightly thicker than I like, but toppings were plentiful. They do sell by the slice & they have a fenced outdoor seating area for the 4-legged family members. Their House salad was mostly lettuce, so there's definitely room for improvement in that department.

Their Kolaches (fruit), looked really good. I'll report back when we order some of those along with their sausage versions.
