Recording when I call Brazos WiFi says it's a widespread outage upstream and to try again in 30 minutes.

How widespread are we talking?

It's been kinda spotty all day off and on.

I blame Iranian hackers. Or Russian. Or Chinese. Or anybody else that doesn't like freedom and breakfast tacos.

Unfortunately superior location many times come with meh internet. I enjoy avoiding the rats racing more than dealing with less than superior Internet.

Ours was down as well but came back in 20-30 minutes. Outages with Brazos WIFI are few and far between. Looking forward to our fiber being installed!

Our core router failed and the backup didn't take over as expected.
The phone recording is a "last ditch" effort to let people know that our core is down and we are aware of the issue.

I may need to update the recording to be more specific.

Not dogging brazos Wi-Fi by the way. I think they're a really good company that provides a really valuable service to people who have few options. Just made more sense for me to go with the starlink.

We are on fiber and experienced the outage. Like has been said, Brazos WiFi is usually reliable and these things happen occassionally.

It still stings a bit sometimes but I have finally gotten to the point that "you can't please them all".
