Landscaper planted some bushes around our pool equipment that he clearly didn't know how big they would get.

Y'all have any recommendations for someone to remove and be aware of the underground plumbing?

What I would do is to cut them down about two inches above the ground line, chop the stump left with an axe, and then spray the cuts with paint or stump killer you can buy at Lowes. Do that a few times and they will die.
