I think so.
Last I saw, it was a tapas place, "Elia" I believe. I haven't been there.
It's been Elia tapas bar for a while now. We've been once. It was good but didn't wow us.
It's a poor man's Primrose.
It's a very nice place. Great addition to downtown. Not Mexican or chicken fried steak. Welcomed Sophistication! Tapas and wine.

It's owned by the folks who run Luigi's, and it's significantly better than Luigi's in almost every respect.
Went there for a business dinner in July/August. Big table with 15-20 folks. It was surprisingly good for that type of fixed-menu event. I'd definitely go back.
Miss Maddens bad. Their tomato bisque soup with those mozzarella or burrata balls in the bottom, just the right amount of cracked pepper, and just a small pinch of basil leaves with the grilled sourdough grilled cheese to dip in the soup. So so good.
