We are looking at putting in a nice concrete patio with gazebo and firepit. There are some big trees and the existing patio to work around so looking for a company with some design ability as we can't seem to envision the best way to lay things out. It doesn't need to be anything jaw dropping but want a company that has some vision and can build a nice quality product. We talked with one company but they could only build it, they would not help with the design or provide any ideas.

Design is important so that it doesn't look like an after thought. Make sure your and builder are on the same page in terms of budget, design, timeline, etc.
