I just got our annual service agreement and it's now $385 per year for three visits and the required reporting to Brazos County. Repairs, etc, are extra. This seems high and wonder if this the going rate in the area?

I signed up for the TEEX Homeowner OSSF course and plan on certifying and doing it myself.
Cost is $355 for the class, they're holding one out at Rellis Campus in October.
One day, 8 hours.
Aerobic system is a simple setup for DIY maintenance if you understand pumps and level switches.

Any continuing ed needed to keep in compliance?goatchze said:Animal Eight 84 said:

I took the TOWA class in 2016 so I could inspect my own. Going on 8 years now. Not only have I saved a bunch of money on contracts, but I also know much more about how my system is doing.
If they had offered one in town at the time, I would have taken it instead.

What do you need to do each year to register your system?
I'm going to have to do this now. Thanks!Animal Eight 84 said:
