Scoots in College Station rents (and sells) used scooters. Might give them a call.
There was a guy in Bryan who bought all the yellow electric bikes that used to be used at A&M and was selling them.

The yellow OFO bikes were not electric bikes.
There's one per week listed as stolen on campus so somebody must be selling used ones, but you'll need to buy a charger.
