Let's see if he gets better or worse treatment from the local judicial system than what a regular citizen would get.

i don't know either of these people in question but it would be a mistake to judge anyone before the actual truth comes out, if it ever does.

Just saying.....and don't the police have to arrest someone in a domestic dispute if 911 is called as a precautionary measure?

Garcia says they went outside and that's when Ramirez first struck him in the head. He told police he asked Ramirez to leave his property multiple times, and said he pushed her away in an effort to get back into his home.
Police noted both Garcia and Ramirez had physical injuries and both were arrested and taken to the Brazos County Detention Center and charged with assault causing bodily injury- family violence. Both were released later on Saturday on bonds of $5,000 each.

Brazos District Clerk. They handle District Court.

Brazos County Clerk is different office.

I told my husband the other day if I ever get arrested, he pay to get that photo taken down before he tries to bond me out.

The real reason not to vote for him is that he messed up justiceweb, the online records system. Now there is a lawsuit over it and of course we the taxpayers get to pay for defense of his poor decision making.
