Peace Love and Cakes or Chocolate Gallery in Downtown Bryan.
Very few bakers are licensed to produce TAMU content on their cakes. Some do it and hope they don't get caught. I know the above two are licensed.
I am not. But I do other cakes. Www.facebook.com/smashedcakestx. I have taken a step back this summer and enjoying not having my kitchen super hot all day long with my oven on, but will likely kick things back into gear soon.
Also- please make sure if you use a home based baker that they are compliant with cottage laws in Texas. A lot of us are. Some of us aren't. If they sell cheesecake, they 100% are not compliant, and are breaking the law.
