I noticed that trees have recently been cleared and dirtwork is being done on a property between Jones Road and HWY 47. Do y'all what is going to be built there?
Update: I just heard that "luxury" apartments will be built in this location

Which Jones Rd is that, the one east of 47 going north or the one west of 47 going south?

East of Hwy 47, going north. I recall reading (on TexAgs or KBTX), that a rezoning request was granted, for a condo development.
No doubt related to RELLIS/ go Sharp!
