Huge props to Britt Rice. I called them and the gentleman actually talked me through the fix over the phone, and told me probably what was causing it. I also had a quick question about something else and he helped me with it too.
He could have easily setup a call for someone to come out and charge me, but didn't.
I do know this, when it's time to fix the original issue, I will be calling them to setup someone to come out and do it.
