Providing we don't have a nuclear attack or a direct hit by an EF 5 tornado, if we didn't need more money during and after Harvey, we don't need more than the $36,000,000 in the emergency reserve fund.

I enjoyed the brisk morning run in boxers at 5:40am to roll up two sets of cars windows. Made it just in time. First clap of thunder woke me whilst the wife is still sawing logs peacefully as I write this…

This was forecasted, but don't think it was supposed to come through quite this early in the morning as of yesterday morning anyway.
A week ago they had us at 40%. Then down to 20. Up to 80 last night.
For once....for ONCE...I timed my mowings (back and front are different days) beautifully.
At the in-laws house currently while finishing construction on a new house. So, I had to watch KBTX last night. From what I recall, Max and the future radar pretty much nailed it. It may have been 30 minutes off on timing.
Take that climate change....
