Anyone wanna place bets?
I love this town. But two months of this crap is going to send me packing one of these years.
Given that the average temperature for Central Texas is around 96F then there is a good statistical chance that we will be within +-5 degrees of the average. (2.5x to 3x sigma).

TWO months? June-October is generally quite miserable here now.
This June wasn't all that bad. According to our thermostat records, our a/c usage dropped in half last September from July/Aug and we actually ran the heat for a few hours last October.FlyRod said:CS78 said:

already been 100 I think 3 to 4 days so far at my house NE brazos county. Humidity sucks, but at least there is green grass or ground cover and not brown grass keeping temps from climbing higher.

they are, that is why I spend Aug and Sept in Colorado get back in Oct and football and fall are here
