Frontier fiber being installed in the neighborhood. I had some other issues with my sprinkler system so I had it shut down. Got my guy out to get it up and running again today, and Frontier broke a drip tube in two different spots (last week). Anyone have contact info and/or experience with Frontier as far as damages go?

Was it Housley Group that did the work?

They messed up part of my yard pretty bad and I submitted a form on their website (could have been an email, can't remember for sure) and they were out to fix it within a week. So they were pretty fast to respond to an issue they caused, but no clue about potentially paying you back for something you had fixed.

That's good to know that they were prompt in fixing your issue. Having dealt with Frontier on the infrastructure/construction side, they are the absolute worst utility. They make Optimum/Suddenlink look good.

Same thing happened to us, I believe Frontier had the contractor they were using contact us and the contractor reimbursed us.

If in College Station, I think there is a contact for you to report the damage.

I would get it fixed and send them the bill; I don't want their contractor working on my sprinkler.

I think the process is something like that. If Frontier were to fix someone's sprinkler system they would have to hire a Texas Licensed Irrigator (or plumber). The folks doing the digging wouldn't be able to do the repair.

When the gas lines were being replaced on our street a few years ago, they did NOT have licensed irrigation folks make the repairs. Same guys who dug the hole and broke my pipe were the ones trying to fix it without any of the proper supplies.
