Church Avenue needs to be one way going east towards McDonald's, and all the other streets can feed into it. This would help with traffic and pedestrian safety. This would also keep trucks from turning left onto Welborn from Church Street

This!
If more pedestrians/bicyclists got hit, they'd learn to watch where they were going.
Even on campus they are supposed to obey all state traffic laws (they just aren't enforced and any time police try to the posts and complaints come out about them targeting bikers and students)
