If you aren't opposed to dealership repair shops, Toyota has mobile service. Great for getting normal service without having to take time off from work.

Simmon's Services is who I use for our fleet. They do good work. I've only used them for our work fleet but I believe they do one off jobs as well.

I highly recommend the Toyota dealer mobile mechanic. I have a chevy pu. Pricing was very fair

When I reached out a few months ago they were not doing mobile work due to staffing issues.
