This is the first spring/summer that I have not seen a single little green lizard or house gecko around at all. Curious if others have noticed this too. I hope they haven't disappeared.

I've seen a couple but numbers definitely seem down. Hoping they start coming out soon.
My toad family that shows up in April started to make an appearance a couple weeks ago so maybe everything is pushed back.

I've seen a few geckos around the house.

I've got the green lizards, but I hadn't notice the lack of geckos until now…
We have geckos and had a Texas spiny lizard on the back deck the other day.
Underground. They are ALL underground playing God(s).
A couple of years ago we notice several Green Anoles with sores on their side, discovered it was a parasite. We havent seen any more around the house since.
We have plenty based on how may dead ones our cat leaves on our backportch

They are still there. I hadn't noticed many geckos until I put a glue trap out for some mice in the garage. Caught a couple of massive geckos. So I took those all up and put down regular mouse traps.
They are all at my house.
A correction: I have seen a few of those big skinks around but nothing like I used to see.
After the May 16 flood, I found several dead lizards throughout the yard.
I have seen the green anoles in abundance, as well as the geckos (there are so many flies and skeeters to eat), but the skinks and racers are a lot less noticeable.

Walk softly and carry a big stick! Make sure the big stick makes big boom noises and flashy bright lights.

I've seen a ton of fireflies when I've walked around Brothers Pond and Hudson Trail. Haven't seen any horned toads in years and years. I wonder if the cottonmouth we found in our yard this week has anything to do with that...BBQ said:

We have more Texas Spiny Lizards than we have ever seen. Those suckers can get big too. We have a shortage of mockingbirds this year which doesn't really bother me. I have yet to take any bird damage on the tomatoes.
