Coming up on house warranty expiration. Need a recommendation for someone good in the area that can do a home inspection.

Get Achosa home warranty.

I got American Home Shield (thrown in by seller) when I bought my first house. Not going to go into the long story, but as you'd expect from these scammy warranty companies, it lead to a couple of the most frustrating experiences of my life.

I didn't even want to bother with one this second house around, but my realtor convinced me she'd had good luck with Achosa. They have been awesome (so far).
