Howdy everyone,

I recently had a fender-bender and am needing an auto shop. A few years back I used Demontrond because it was the other guy's insurance I dealt with. Honestly, I was impressed with the service and repair, but when I looked them up it looks like they've contracted out with another shop or are out of business. I already have my estimate and am ready to seek a repair. Who do you all recommend?

My fave is Jack Winslow. I've only ever used one other body shop and they did me dirty (long time ago in college).

Same. Jack Winslow shop does great work. Usually a wait to get in but there's a reason for that. Classic collision is also good though I've never used them myself. ClassicDoug posts here and in the auto board

for a fender bender I'd start with Classic.

Also agree Winslow does good work.

Brazos Valley Collision Center. I had a scrape down the side of my vehicle, they did great work. I told them when I was leaving that I hope I never have to come back, but if I ever needed this type of service again, I know where I would go.

How much is a standard paint job these days? Looking at having my daughter's car painted before she leaves for her internship in Ft. Worth. Little Honda Fit. I know everything is expensive these days, but I have never had any vehicle painted in my life so no clue. Anybody have range/idea of current pricing in BCS?
