My father recently passed and I'm going to need to hire a company to come in and organize and sell what they can out of his house since I'm in the DFW area. Does anyone have any recs for local companies?

Caring Transitions helped me when my mom passed away in 2018. She lived alone and had a lot of 'stuff' that we needed to deal with. Their team was fantastic. Organized everything, had the sale, donated what didn't sell, and handed me back an empty house.
Glenn Richards with Brazos Estate sales does an awesome job.

Glenn and his group with Brazos Estate did a great job with my dads house.

I have been to estate sales run by both that are listed and I have been impressed with the professionalism of both companies.
I know that one of them offered an online auction. That really reduced the traffic in the home.
In my opinion, whichever one fits the dates that you are wanting is the one to go with.
It's a 50/50 tossup.

Caring Transitions helped when my stepfather died and we moved mom out of their house and into her new apartment. Incredible people doing an incredible job. Can't recommend them enough.
Sterling Estate Solutions did a great job with my aunt's estate.

Sorry for your loss. I own Aggieland Dumpster Rentals and get calls almost every week for similar situations. Let me know if you'd like a dumpster for the items to be thrown out.
