Target probably has the biggest selection of non-retired sets, and some are usually on sale.
There is a Lego store in the Gateway Station strip mall (behind Texas Roadhouse).

Isn't there a new lego store by harbor freight?
Bricks and Figs, I think. We were going to go over there last week but Mr 8 years old chose something else for his birthday.

Barnes and Noble actually has a good selection
Bricks and Minifigs will hopefully be the place to go if they make it where they are. Very small shop, and not a lot of product when I was there week or two ago. I know it's tough to start a business. Hopefully they get more product in OR maybe they were cleaned out early on!
I wonder if they can special order, if you know a set you want?
I'd bet money on it. The people working seemed very knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
