The new COCS CIP page has $23 million dedicated to Southeast park in the deisgn phase.

- What's being designed?

- Is the $23 million a remnant of the ballfields, or are we now obligated to spend $23 million on this property?

- Once a CIP, always a CIP until all the money is spent?

The updated COCS capital projects list now includes a $3.5 Million sewer project to bring a sewer connection to "Independence Ballpark".

It costs $3.5M for a short sewer line connection???

Yes, pictures of new construction are a great indicator of how the final product will be.

I mean look at this house construction... why would they build such an ugly house and imagine how drafty that will be!!!!?!?!?

That's the structure. Whatever it is is almost guaranteed to be clad in brick, metal panels, etc.
