Are any of the middle school or high school tracks open to the public on nights/weekends? (Assuming there aren't school events going on). Ours was growing up and was often used by others to walk/run. Just wondering what options we have here.

All of the middle school tracks are open.

It's a walking path, not a track, but Rock Prairie Elementary has that park next door.

We could never get lights on at the middle school track on Rock Prairie.

Are school tracks still open to the public? I used to see people running/walking around the track at South Knoll Elementary, but for quite a while (at least several months, maybe since the beginning of the school year), they've had the playground (which includes the track) chained closed. There was at least one weekend that a work crew was out there doing something so there wasn't a lock on the gate, and I think people were using the playground and track then, but generally speaking, it's been off-limits to the public this year. I thought maybe that was related to changes to laws about safety and schools.

AMCMS's track is open on Monday nights but I'm not sure about other nights. The local run club uses it for workouts on Mondays.
