Our house either took a direct or very close hit by lightning- BTU says not to mess with anything until an electrician comes out. We normally call Elite but no answer or emergency line given. Any recommendations? If not I'll wait til Monday & call Elite again.

Sorry, just now seeing this thread. Ooma Office is supposed to forward messages and missed calls to us after hours and on holidays/weekends and for whatever reasons it is not right now. I have a call in to their support group right now to get it remedied. Again sorry and hope you got it taken care of.
