Now I know where to have my illicit affair dates… Thanks, TexAgs!

When many persons think about where to eat especially lunch-time, they think University Dr and Texas Avenue from University Drive down to 2818. To me Mr. Hamburger wasn't anything special that would cause me to necessarily think if it.
Obviously not.....they closed their doors.halibut sinclair said:woodiewood1 said:I think location was a factor for a lot of people. Not talking about distance, but "out of sight, out of mind."Hornbeck said:

Plenty of traffic and rooftops in that area to support a business. It didn't fail because CS people didn't think to go there at lunch.

Mario's on Northgate was a great hole in the wall! That ginormous dude who ran the place made the best red sauce!

I bet a lot of people from Bryan also went to restaurants on University drive? Maybe not?
I bet that 98% of all A&M college students who don't live in that area didn't even know it existed and the thousands of persons visiting A&M and other area activities weekly and during gameday events in the community aren't going to necessarily look 2+ miles into Bryan for lunch or supper. It just didn't have the combination of uniqueness and perceived value for a lot of people to even think of it as an option. Personally, I thought it was good.
i agree with that. 99% of what is posted on these forums are opinions.halibut sinclair said:woodiewood1 said:Obviously not.....they closed their doors.halibut sinclair said:woodiewood1 said:I think location was a factor for a lot of people. Lots of uninformed speculation on your part and my part. We have no idea what happened and your opinions as to what people know and don't know don't mean squat. And neither do mine.
