Wanting to build out a small 1200ish sq ft apartment in a new build horse barn. This would be used to live in while the family is young and growing (Me, Mrs, and almost baby funny farm). Probably would suffice for 3-5 years until baby 2 or 3 comes, and then revert back to an office / gym / party room?
Is there a good contact for an architect? or a person that does floorplans on the side locally and/or online (would rather have a real person)? Already have the builder tee'd up, and he's good to build bare bones or super ritzy just needs to know where to put the walls!
