We seem to not get mail on most every Monday and I think that our street is not serviced as two of my neighbors have said that same thing.

I never leave mail in my mailbox to have picked up. Drop it at the post office. All of my regular bills are either auto drafted or paid online.

If they stay short-handed, what we need to do asap is to go to every other day delivery...M/W/F and Tu/Th/Sat. I bet I don't get five mailings a year that I can't wait an additional day to get.

The few items a year that need to be delivery in a day or two, send by FedEX overnight or two day delivery.

I had something I needed sent overnight a couple weeks ago. Went to the FedEx site to print a label and saw an overnight envelope P1 is like $80 now?! So decided to send Express Mail "next day" for $24.90 instead. It was delivered on the third day. SMH

FedEx knows their competition is turrible, and they charge for it.

DHL?
Lone Star Overnight?
Uber?
United Airlines?

Oooh. I got it!

Turn it into an Amazon shipment that has to be picked up at your place and delivered to your "customer" the next day!

Always use a shipping aggregator, i normally use pirate ship but there are lots of them. For most stuff they show the big three options and they typically are very close to each other and lots cheaper than the direct sites. I have a customer who is a huge national company and they do enough volume with fed ex that anything they ship goes. P1 and cost $8. So envelope or 47"monitor i would ship for them, same price. Aggregator won't get you that but typically half of what you pay at the counter at the post office

I used Pirate Ship to print my Express Mail label! Should have just sent it UPS Ground instead, it was going to Jackson MS and probably would have made it on day 2.
