F3 is a network of free, peer-led workouts for men that is spreading the globe. The mission of F3 is to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.

F3 Aggieland is excited to launch our 4th workout location in B/CS and would love to have you come out and join us! F3 provides an opportunity to not only improve your fitness level, but also to develop genuine friendships with other men in our community. If you'd like to see what we are all about, come out on Saturday October 21 for a free (they are always free) workout and free breakfast tacos!

Can't wait for the launch. Should be a lot of fun. F3 in the morning, then Zach Bryan concert afterwards.

If we plan on coming tomorrow, do we need gloves or anything, or will just workout gear and running shoes be good?
