Find out who Bryan commerce and development inc is and you'll find out who is making the money
From meeting notes.

Board Members Ann Horton, Richard Cortez, Paul Madison and Chuck Konderla were present. Board President Jason Bienski and Board Members Greg Owens and Art Hughes were absent. Treasurer Kean Register and Secretary Mary Lynne Stratta were in attendance.

If I have my people correct it truly is Amazing that they all "served" as Bryan or brazos county as elected officials or employed by the city.

I think Bryan Commerce and Development, Inc is an arm of Bryan's city government, so it's not surprising or "amazing"

If a private developer wants to buy up the homes do this deal so be it. The city should not be involved.
