I've had more wrong orders at the rock prairie location than any of them. It has gone down since Jay had to leave. They move the training store to the Dominic location. Every restaurant is having issues. It took me three times to get catfish that was cooked at roadhouse the other night.

Yep. The one I used to eat at in San Antonio is now really bad. I still get breakfast there at times but that is all.

I stopped at the giddings location Tuesday and they had no tea at all. Then stopped at LaGrange to dump the DP and get tea. Took a sip and it tasted like coffee. I guess they no longer use a dedicated filter basket.

But, you are just that guy. Roadhouse has catfish, salads, chicken, shrimp, porkchops, and a dozen other items not bovine. Their menu has one page of steaks and three to four pages of other items.

I never thought of Roadhouse as just a steak house, but maybe most people do? I consider it a nice place that has a lot of good options for a group or family to go to. I suspect that well over half of the diners don't order a steak and about 99% of the children don't.

Besides I go there somewhat because of their rolls and their salads with the cold salad plates.

This .. and the reason the tea is sour is because they don't clean the canisters between brews. Open the lid and look in the canister and you'll probably opt for water from there on out.

I'm with you. When I think of a steak house, Texas Roadhouse doesn't coke to mind.

Avoid the Wellborn Whataburger at all costs! The level of customer service there is as bad as I have ever seen, and the managers could care less.
