Lavco is who we've used and are always reasonable and helpful. I've used them in several houses.

had a 10+ yo trane that superior air and barkers could not fix and they tried to sell me freon for 15-20 times what factory freon costs and hard sell a new system
was able to keep the old system going for a few more years

My real estate agent recommended Clear Creek (https://www.clearcreekheatandair.com/) about 6 years ago after the builder's subcontractor had messed up the installation of the HVAC. They helped diagnose and have been servicing it ever since. I also had them put a new HVAC in a rental property of mine last year and they did a great job and a great price. Good people
Switched to BCS Air Solutions and love them. Family biz, super honest and reliable. Karl is the man!

These threads used to be all about Marco. Is he no longer around? Had a recent experience with BCS Air Solutions and agree that they seemed to be very competent and honest.
Marco (Aire Cool) is still around and his sons, Issac and Marcos, are working with him as well. The sons recently did work for us and they, like their dad, were fantastic.

What was that one A/C place that was by Rock Prairie and Hwy 6? He would come on this board to argue about his questionable methods and be confrontational. They went under around Covid lockdowns, I think

We used Marco back in May. Showed up on time. Did good work for a reasonable price.

They were a running a little late, but they texted to keep me in the loop on when they would be there. Also, had to reschedule one time but it was because the parts did not come in.
