Can't call my vet in South CS. "All circuits are busy now." I tried from my cell phone and from a landline. Anyone else having that problem?

I'm in south CS and my landline (via Optimum) is working fine. If the clinic has a social media presence (Facebook, etc), check to see if they have posted any announcements about their phone lines being down this morning.

Frontier land line outage from last week in Holleman South area being fixed finally today.

IMHO and am sticking to it
