We are interested in expanding our patio. Would need the area leveled and then concrete poured. Also interested in possibly making it covered as well. Any recommendations on who to call for this? Thanks!

I used Walt Hammond w/ Andel Construction. He did a great job expanding our patio a couple of years ago.

Not my experience , does not call back, does not give bids. Guess my $5k project was too small. And he's kinda rude

not my experience either , does not call back, does not give bids, basically does nothing he said he'd do. Did not want a $15k job, ok, just say that.

All the contractors here have basically zero customer skills and if they do they are 3x the price

Like I mentioned, Welch was awesome to work with, exceeded my expectations and I have people ask me all the time who did my outdoor patio area. He was priced where I expected too.

Y'all keep in mind, concrete is very difficult to come by right now. Suppliers, in most cases, are several weeks out, especially on smaller loads. Also, at least last week, concrete is around a $125/cy, and rebar is around a $1.00/lb. At least on smaller jobs, the days of $4-5/sf concrete are gone
