Bought tickets. No idea what to expect. When is the best time (least crowded) to go? Is that Irish pub on the other side of 6 part of it?

my son's been eyeing the opening for months. We bought 1 round of tickets. If we go again, I'll probably hang out at the pub.HoopsAg said:
$200 for a family of 4, no thanks. Bring back the $10 a car drive through!

To the best of my knowledge, no it's not.
Amen. This thing is a major economic boon to BCS. Happy to see it bring in out of towners every Christmas.EliteElectric said:
We buy season passes every year. We love it and go 4-8 times a year and our little girl loves it. Not for everyone but nothing really is.
Yeah it brings in a lot of revenue to BCS for sure, which is a really good thing for all of us. I don't get all of the hate and whatnot, then again even as an old man there is a lot I don't understand loltechno-ag said:Amen. This thing is a major economic boon to BCS. Their website and Google says they are "temporarily" closed. But that was in 2020. Still closed according to their Facebook page.Tailgate88 said:

Couldn't agree with you more, @bcschamp. I see this as akin to living next to Disneyworld. I'm sure there are pieces that suck, but the economic benefit makes it a big win. This is coming from a guy that waxes nostalgic for the days of seeing how many of my Aggie buddies and our dates we could stuff in the back of a pickup truck and drive through for $10.bcschamp365 said:
It amazes me every year as a thread like this pops up on this website followed by the same group of haters.
More and more people from all over Texas and the world travel to Santa's Wonderland (and College Station) each and every year, but some locals want to complain because they can no longer drive thru for 20 bucks a car load.
Santa's Wonderland hires thousands of people each year, bring hundreds of thousands of new visitors to town that spend money in our businesses, support dozens of local charities, yet it still isn't good enough.
How about we just celebrate the massive success of this long-time local business that has done more to put College Station on the map than anything other than Texas A&M.
Thank you Santa's Wonderland.

I'm not trying to be argumentative, nor do I have anything against SW, but where'd you get the hundreds of thousands visitors number? That's...a lot.bcschamp365 said:
