I don't think so. The owner of the management company got his mother and some friends on the hoa board. Unless he has family and friends in both neighborhoods. As far as I know, CG2 is their only hao client. Everything else is rental management.

Emerald forest HOA posted their pool will be closed indefinitely and the Tennis courts will also remain closed. I really don't understand that, I hope the residents get at least a 50% refund on their dues for this year

I did hear some HOA insurance carriers amended policies to not protect the association/board against any virus or bacterial claims.

We had to sign a disclosure and release at our pool and it's private and attended by staff/lifeguards

I don't see how a yearly insurance policy could be amended within the term, it is a contract. I think the reason they included the tennis courts is they can, and that is the problem with all of this, the folks that pay their dues in good faith every year do not have the enjoyment of the facilities they pay for so therefore give them their money back or open the facilities with a simple risk statement, if you enter you are doing so at your own risk ( can you be sued of course, you can be sued for anything will they win, no) it is really sad how all of this is being exploited at the harm of all the kids that would love to have a summer at the pool
