First, thank you for being open on Easter, we had 3 different burgers there and they were all so delicious. All of the food was eaten, even by my picky toddler. Go eat there today as they are open and support a local business!

Edit to add: first time customer, will be returning for sure!

Pro Tip: When you order the gallon of margarita with your food, they give it to you when you pay and then you wait for your food. If there's a line - order a glass of ice too.

What is this gallon of margarita of which you speak? I can't find any mention of it on their web site or FB page. Do they have a special togo menu during coronavirus-time?

Can I just say that having the strawberry tarts on the menu has been a treat! I wish they were cheaper, but I understand the cost it takes to prep them.

I was eating at Mojo frequently before Covid, and have now gone through the drive through 3 times since. Love it. Makes me feel normal but I'll really feel normal when I can get back in the restaurant and eat rather than my car!

Another pro tip, add the baby onion rings and jalepenos to the Mojo (inside the burger itself) if you like a simpler burger with a flavor and texture boom.

We went through the other day. I LOVE the tarts. Thought about ordering the margaritas, but decided against it last minute. Will have to try it soon.

Thanks so much! Thanks also for understanding the cost of the tarts. We actually dropped them down by $2.50 from Cafe Eccell's price as Mojo doesn't have the same overhead and we wanted to pass the savings on to the customers. These days, homemade desserts at full service restaurants are $8-$10. We didn't want it to be that way in a drive thru application with $4 burgers.

It's a big production making those things! All from scratch. We have staff that work 8 hours daily just baking the tart dough and forming the shells. Lots of labor embedded into them.

Folks what we're seeing here is a patron that is taking the liberties with our menu that we want! Well done.

My personal fave is the Bulls on Parade with fresh jalapenos. We've been open since December 5th, I've had 3 over that time. Need to keep it at an annualized average of .7 per month lol.

I can attest to the labor going into tarts. I've done it by hand once. ONCE.

Any chances of bringing back that Greek pastrami one ya had for a bit? Got a real bad hankering for one. Daily really.

To be honest we've held back on our features due to covid as we can't market them with the same vigor, due to the lack of personal engagement without dine in. We are chomping at the bit to resume, believe me.

We do have an updated menu in the queue, that we will start in the coming weeks. We have to re strategize literally every few days based on supply chains and market pricing, so we have to proceed with any changes with an abundance of caution.

First up is the new menu. It's been fully engineered, just need final proof from the sign company.

As for the LA Greek, I can't wait. Just need the go ahead from The State of Texas to open up the dining room again and it will be done.

Thanks barstool! We brought our chicken recipe from Caf Eccell and we made it a stated goal to have a better chicken sandwich than any competitor, even though we're a burger joint. You made my day!

Don't get me wrong... I still love my Chick-fil-A (and always will), but the quality and flavor in yours is unparalleled. Great job y'all!

I just finished a chicken sandwich from there "The Firebird" and a Cafe Eccell van drove by me while I was paying the cashier. And it was freaking delicious.

That all natural chicken we use is much more expensive but apparently it's paying off!

I'm pretty sure that's what I had. Please don't ever change it.

Burger Mojo is fast becoming one of those places I'll have to stop by when I make regular visits back to BCS.

Im guessing they make them off-site and then bring them in? I was sad lol

This is not a negative post, my family and I love burger mojo....I was just really sad because I'm obsessed with the strawberry tarts

I do apologize. We actually do make the shells off site at Cafe Eccell. Friday our gas and water had to be turned off for a large repair and we struggled to keep up production. The trade off of making things fresh daily is that if we have an equipment failure production can be affected.

We typically have the tarts constantly, so it shouldn't be an issue.

My wife and I went there Saturday and it was wonderful. I had the Mojo Burger and she had the Snuff the Rooster. We also picked up a gallon of the margarita, not bad. The food was excellent and we will be back.

Well Governor Abbot says we can open the inside Friday at 25% capacity, so that's what we were waiting on. So, let me look into some pastrami and we will do the LA Greek this weekend!!

From the LA Greek the LA Greek is legit. My fave is Snuff the Rooster but my fave changes weekly.
