Moving to a new house in CStat and need some 3 rail white vinyl fencing done. Any recommendations for fence builders? Will also cross post on Home Improvement board.

I know you posted this a while ago, but if you haven't found someone yet, I would recommend Bill's Maintenance. 979-412-1773

They may not be the cheapest, but they will give you something that will last.The best gate and fence guys in town in my opinion.
