And he is out on bail! Where is the crowd with the torches and pitchforks from last time an accused sexual predator was out on bail?
My wife was molested by her adoptive father from the age of 7 until 15. He was a Baptist deacon. You are correct that you never really know what goes on behind closed doors. It is scary how common this kind of thing is.Red Krow said:
I know him from when he was the GM of Kreuz BBQ. I managed another restaurant nearby his. I haven't seen him since he was serving food this past St Patrick's day at Obanons. He always came across as a very nice guy. I met his wife as well, they seemed like a good couple. I guess you never know what lurks behind a smile. Sure, that is what he looks like but it's understandably a very bad picture of him.

Jail records show him bonded out.
Thank you. That's what I was looking for.AgGunNut said:
Read Chapter 33.021 of the Texas Penal Code. Regardless of actually meeting up, he still committed that offense.

How does one find these records?
I guess somehow I missed that this was going at Cal Farley's. My husband contributes often to that institution. I have now read two articles about the abuse there. So disappointed.South Platte said:
Bio on the guy says he graduated from the Cal Farley Boys Ranch near Amarillo. That was place has a long history of physical and sexual abuse on children. The abused grow up to be abusers.
Not to minimize this incident, but the previous one involved physically harming several children on multiple occasions and was a bit more severe.cslifer said:

You are correct, Boys Ranch has had a history with physical and sexual abuse. But that's what it is, history. I'm at the ranch quite often and am connected to them because I have a daughter who is living out there. The history 20-25 years ago and before that, was not good at all and I would have not sent my worst enemies kid there. However, just like people, Boys Ranch can and has changed. It's an organization and place that is needed for hurting kids and families. They specialize in helping kids who have Reactive Attachment Disorder and have therapies that are cost prohibitive otherwise to help traumatized kids. Are there issues there? I'm sure but please, don't throw a blanket statement about someone or some place without knowing what goes on there today. We have had nothing but a great experience and we pray our daughter can thrive because of the help they can give her and us. And agfan1030, thanks for supporting Cal Farley's. If you haven't been to the ranch and are ever up that way, schedule a visit and go tour the place. They are very excited to show people around and are very proud of the help they are giving kids now!South Platte said:
