I'm looking to build a barndominium about 20 miles north of Bryan. Any suggestions on a contractor?

I'd also ask about who not to use.

There's some good and lots of half a$$ scammers who'll take your money.

We used Corgey and Sons to build our metal shop (30x40 with two porch awnings and roll up doors) and they were great. Granted, wasn't a full scale barndominium, so I can't speak to a project like that. But they are honest and went above and beyond for our project...and it looks great!

Jerry built a covered arena and added on to my barn. Very happy with.

If you're not paying cash, be sure you have your financing in order. Many traditional lenders will not write loans for barndominiums.

How is your barndo build progressing? I'm planning to build one south of CS. Any tips or references? we have not selected a contractor yet.

I did not build a barndo, but Mike Bishop put on my roof. I highly recommend.
