Eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, pancakes, toast, jelly, hasbrowns, coffee? There are dozens of places that serve pretty good breakfast in BCS. I don't have a clue how one can be better than another. Even Denny's is pretty good for breakfast.

Yup Sweet Paris. Ive been to the Houston location. Its good not great but ill take it for now! Still wana see a legit waffles place though. Something like Waffle Love on the west coast. So so good.

I'm catching this late, but would like to say that we have breakfast at Cafe Eccell Friday-Sunday. We have expanded the menu substantially, and are planning more additions.

I should note that we have a brunch happy hour on Saturdays from 9-11am with 1/2 price Southern Fried Chicken and Waffles and $3 Bloody Mary's.

The food is about the same, but it feels like the service has gone downhill and everything coming on Styrofoam really cheapens the experience.
