I just went to the new Wayback burger for what is probably the first and last time.
I got one of their burgers (no modifications -- just ordered it as it came on the menu). I got one side (again, no mods). The order was "to go".
When I walked in, there were perhaps 8 people total in the place, including 2 guys who walked in just in front of me. It took 5 minutes for their order to be placed.
I placed my order, and waited. And waited. And waited. The place was not busy, but it took 18 minutes from the time printed on my receipt until my food was ready to go.
That just isn't going to cut it during the lunch hour. If you can't have a burger/sandwich and side ready in roughly 5 minutes in a mostly-empty restaurant, you're doing it wrong.
