The lead story on KBTX at 10 PM tonight was about how there were way too many vacant hotel rooms in the area for a SEC football weekend.
Is anyone surprised? Hotels have been springing up like mushrooms. There's such a thing as over saturation. I wonder if the same is true on the vacancy rates for apartments in the area. If so, maybe we'll see a drastic fall in rent costs.
