Looking for recommendations for a landscaper. Specifically, needing several dead post oaks taken out and new trees planted this fall/winter. Don't want to plant randomly so looking to design something to go with the house- maybe add a flag pole and some edging to existing beds.

For removal of the Post Oaks I recommend Tim Sandifer at Brazos Valley Stump Grinding and Tree Service. Over the past 3 years he's handled 17 for us (from 12" to 40" diameter) and we've never had an issue.

Agree with this. Just used them last week to remove 8 post oaks and grind stumps. Great job. Would use again.

If ya ever use em' again, ask Tim about his pet raccoon. He loves talking about her.

Not to derail this, but back to the original question..........

We are certainly fortunate in BCS o have a large number of qualified, experienced contractors.

They all specialize in a little different niche of the landscape process, so one in particular may not be the best for each situation.

For what you described, you could check with Paradise Valley Landscapes.
