South College Station is definitely on our radar. There's a major location for Bodega in the center of town that is our primary.

That is not to say that we don't have an interest in South College Station. We currently have a LOI submitted down there, that may or not be Bodega. As we navigate our due diligence, that could change. We are letting the business deal that we are able to craft tell us where we land as it pertains to concept.

Went to Eccell on Wednesday and the shakers were amazing, also the queso bar was too! I'm so happy they are back!

Next to Cafe Eccell! (In our current drive thru)

We're very excited. In the fall, most of La Bodega's menu will be available for dine in at Cafe Eccell. Plus, we will have a La Bodega drive thru with breakfast tacos, our famous Berry Cream Coffee Cake, fresh brewed What's The Buzz Coffee and more! I would like to launch the "Strawberry Tart Jr." as well. It would be a drive thru friendly size at approximately half the price.

In addition to old school La Bodega favorites, Andreas and I have written up some new fusion tacos that we're excited about. One example is the
Mexican Crab Cake Benedict Taco! Complete with chipotle hollandaise! There's some other really unique tacos, but I can't say just yet.

Thank you everyone who inspired us to bring back La Bodega! Your requests and influence have been overwhelming!
