Been to Snows a couple times. had to get up early on Saturday morning to get there before they ran out. Brisket is great! Still surprised they beat out Franklins.

Not surprised Fargo"s fell out of the top 10, but still the best in town.

I love Blue Moon bbq. glad to see they made it. I always get a large order of their"Hot Shots", jalapeos stuffed with brisket and cheese, wrapped in bacon, and smoked, and a chopped beef sando when we head out to Camp Creek for the weekend.

Still haven't been able to get to Snows but may fix that Saturday

Good Bull and Blue Moon have been my go to lately over Fargo. Love the ribs and rib tips but the brisket is inconsistent.

Love Blue Moon but not the drive. Good ribs and I love their beans. Finally had the Hot Shots and they were superb

What's the drive time from CS to Blue Moon?

Truth BBQ in Brenham lives up to it's name as well. Don't pass on a slice of cake either.

Had Truth once but made the mistake of not eating it there. Will be back

I still miss Tex's BBQ.

I agree that both Truth & LJ's BBQ in Brenham are outstanding.

Guess Family Barbecue in Waco will be high top 50 next time. Too new to make it this time.

Got a chance to check out Truth BBQ this weekend in Brenham. A little town north of College Station

Got there 30min before opening at 1030 and we got our food around 1130. Free beer and waters while you wait in line is super clutch. Pit master seemed like a really cool dude, employees were all very friendly and had a great atmosphere.

Food was solid all the way around. Ribs were quite good. Wasnt a fan of the jalepeno cheese sausage as it was too cheesy for me. What I really went for was the briskey and a few slices of brisket were absolutely amazing, great bark, moist, tender. 1 or 2 pieces were a little dry- not sure if its supposed to be that way I know some cuts are lean and some are fattier but i'm by no means a brisket connoisseur. Mac N Cheese was pretty awesome. Didnt get any cake, but will next time !

No fail..... I figured it was a brain fart. Sometimes (many times) I say/write the opposite of what I mean.....especially left/right. I know better but my brain misfires.

Never been an issue at snows.

And been hearing good things about truth also.

Truth is amazing! Haven't had the dessert but it comes highly recommended

visited Blue Moon today. Outstanding. No forks or sauce needed.

No, because it is garbage. Literally one of the worst BBQ meals I have ever eaten, including some at the DFAC in Iraq.

I've heard 6am during non-football season weekends. I've had friends get there at 9:00 though. I "think" that you can pre-order online

We get there at 7:30. and are usually eating by 9-9:30. If you get there at 6, you will still wait 2 hrs until they open.

Been twice. Just stick to brisket , pork shoulder and ribs. Usually keg beer you can throw in a few dollars and drink beer or bring your own while you wait.
