Do NOT use this company for window replacement. They do not respect your property. A guy came by today to do an estimate. When he left, he must have been in a hurry, because he failed to secure my gate and my dogs got loose. Luckily they did not go to far and I found them.

I've used Enercon for years for windows and solar screens and can't say anything but good things about them.
Sorry you had a bad experience but Brad and his team are good people. Have done work for us on many occasions and nothing but positive things to say about them. Maybe he accidentally didn't latch your gate, but I am not sure that warrants calling them out on a public message board?
Good company, good people...with possibly one rare exception, for one minor situation.

Complaining about a business on a public forum, even if justified, is a weenie move anyway imho.

I have used enercon about 5 times and got nothing but awesome service every single time.
Highest recommendations for Enercon. Good people, good products, good services. For the most part millennials really have a screwed up concept of customer service.

Never used the company but I have had a dog get out when I was working in someones back yard. He took off like a rocket and there was no catching him, I didn't leave the gate open either, he took off when I was just going through the gate. It happens.

How is this not respecting your property. It's not like he was leaving trash. It was a mistake. To besmirch a company online for such an innocent mistake is lame.
Enercon is awesome. Put the dogs up next time. That is what you are supposed to do anyway when you are expecting any workers from any company to come into your yard or home.

I really appreciate Enercon. We had a crack in a window and they replaced it promptly and professionally for a lot less than I thought it would be.

Enercon replaced all the windows in our house a few years ago. They did a fantastic job! Worked clean and did exactly what they said they would. We would hire them again.
Based on what's been posted so far, I would definitely call Enercon for an estimate if I wanted to replace my windows.

My experience over the past two years has not been good with Enercon nor my wife's with real estate requests. We will not use them again.
At least the OP posted his reason for the negative recommendation -- worker left the gate unlocked; dog ran away, etc.

No problem. Schedule to look at jobs (more than once) and not show. Finally someone shows with incorrect info for the jobs. Attempt to schedule jobs and not show. I'm glad you folks have had good luck with them. We have in the past but the past few years have not and won't try again.

Yeah, it's a very different company than the one I knew when Oscar ran it.
I had a fairly terrible experience a year or two ago when I used them.
I thought the techs were fine, I was surprised management could even find their own building each day.
