It seems to me that there are different types of kolace.
I am not sure which ones are the real deal.
What exactly is the proper, authentic kolac?
Of all the types represented as kolace, I prefer the ones with fruit fillings. However, even those can not compare to the deef fried apple fritters at Donald's Donuts.
Maybe I'm just not a kolac guy.
