No rumors, but does anyone know what is being built on W. Villa Maria near the entrance to the Autumn Lake subdivision (2612 W. Villa Maria is the address I think)?

Is the Towerpoint building with the walls up going to be the Petsmart?
Thanks, thought it might be that but had heard it might be closer to Walmart.

Anybody know if it's one of our local dealers bringing in the franchise? I heard years ago Bossier considered it but felt it was too expensive. Seems to me a good idea to combine it with a cheaper nameplate or two, like the BMW dealership has Hyundai & VW.CPAg05 said:

Holiday Inn Express construction is underway behind the Hilton Garden Inn across from Veterans Park.
Seems to be taking a long time for Golds.

Good Bull BBQ had a trial run lunch service today. It's mobile vending and they set up at the Shell on George Bush. Not sure of normal hours moving forward yet.

Considering Dominos changes its mind often about whether or not it will deliver past Hwy 40, having one at Tower Point will mean some consistency.
